Our guarantee is - we guarantee all sprinklers against defects in material and workmanship. If a sprinkler is returned to us and the problem is caused by a defect in material and or workmanship, we will reimburse the owner for their shipping cost and we will pay the return freight. If the sprinkler was damaged by the owner, we will repair at no charge but expect the owner to cover shipping.
